Melvin J. Pick, age 78, of Winthrop, MN formerly of Gibbon, MN died Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Winthrop.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Melvin Joseph Pick was born on August 7, 1942 in Adrian, MN to Urban and Bernadette (Wilberding) Pick. He graduated from Ivanhoe Public High School in 1961.

Melvin worked as a farm hand for many years. He then worked other various jobs before working at Crystal Foods for 16 years. Melvin enjoyed collecting toy tractors and farm equipment.

Melvin is survived by a sister, Mary Ann Pick of Brookings, SD.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James; and a sister, Jane in infancy.
